How To Restore 6.15.00 3Gs to 4.3.3 Firmware Untethered & Unlock!

Once the stream of Updates stopped I was able to finally make an update video for the desperate 3Gs users on the 6.15.00 Baseband :D . This video will show you guys how to Restore your non functioning 3Gs on the 6.15.00 Baseband to 4.3.3 Untethered & Unlock if you wish. Also if you are just looking to update to 4.3.3 on your lower firmware 3Gs on 6.15.00 you can do that as well by just following the same steps but don’t forget to create a backup using iTunes. This method is mostly for windows unless you use redsn0w instead of iReb to put your iphone into a pwned DFU mode.

You will need the 4.3.3 Custom Firmware I made & iReb RC4.

Step 1. Use iReb to put your 3Gs into a pwned DFU mode following the instructions. Next close iReb & open iTunes and hold Shift on your keyboard while left clicking Restore and select the 4.3.3 custom restore you just downloaded. Now lay back for about 10-15 minutes while your device restores and if you guys encounter a 1015 error or something similar then Watch THIS: Redsn0w Error Fix Video

Step 2. Your restore is complete! Open Cydia & you are done! If you are looking to Unlock then go into Cydia and find Ultrasn0w, Install it, Reboot, Insert Sim and you are done! Thanks for Reading & Watching and Please Subscribe if You haven’t. Thanks!
